The Recipe
As a Bakery Team Member, you will be an essential part of our production and slicing teams, ensuring that our delicious products are made to the highest standards. You’ll be working on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, with shifts from 5.30am to 5.30pm or 18.30pm to 06.30am. This means you’ll enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with plenty of time off, do you know you only work 182 shifts a year on this pattern!!

Our Site
Our Wednesbury Bakery and Distribution depot is located within the industrial estate. You’ll find us 5 minutes’ drive off the black country route and 10 minutes’ walk from the metro line.
We have 2 state of the art bread manufacturing plants and Wednesbury Bakery is the proud home to one of our largest selling products the Wax wrapped loaf. Wednesbury manufacture and distribute over 12 different types of bread products producing over 1.6M units of freshly baked bread each week to delight families across the UK.
With nearly 400 colleagues and a variety of different nationalities, working a variety of different shift patterns, the Bakery runs 363 days of the year, 24/7.
Located in the heart of the Midlands is also a Distribution hub!
