Working in support of our Travel Plan objectives you will

• To take a lead role on the operational implementation of staff commuting travel policies and arrangements
• Manage the issuing of all car parking permits options ensuring compliance with policy, maintenance of records and appropriate recharges where applicable
• Oversee the management of subsidised bus passes, record keeping, financial transactions and interaction with our supplier

You will need:

• Knowledge and experience on travel / parking policies / legislation and the types of issues raised
• Good general education
• Great customer service skills
• A willingness to learn new job-based skills including digital systems
• A team-orientated and flexible approach
