The Role
This new position at our workshop based in Wimblington, March, would be ideal for someone who wants to hone their administrative and customer service abilities while eventually specialising in an automotive supply chain.
You will be a self-assured, articulate, and highly organised person with the ability to multitask and function in a busy environment. Completion of paperwork, which must be precise and accurate, the position demands attention to detail. The Microsoft Office Suite and some basic administrative knowledge are preferred, but complete training will be provided. Experience in supply chains and procurement is desired, but not essential, as well as a keen interest in the automotive industry.
The Duties
- Dealing with incoming calls & emails to the workshop
- Supporting with MOT bookings and service schedules
- Checking paperwork is correct to ensure compliance is met
- Ensure service schedules are met and updated correctly onto the system
- Supporting the workshop with parts ordering & maintaining stock levels
- Providing additional administration support in other areas when required
