Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for various warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, pulling parts to supply stores, organizing products, ensuring proper product storage, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically capable of performing manual tasks, and have the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify products against packing lists, and ensure accurate documentation. Prepare and ship outgoing orders, ensuring products are packed safely and correctly.
• Retrieve and prepare parts and supplies for shipment to stores, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Properly store products in designated areas, ensuring that products are organized, easily accessible, and accounted for.
• Assist with the overall organization of the warehouse, ensuring products are categorized and stored in an orderly fashion to improve inventory efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. This includes sweeping, removing waste, and ensuring safe and efficient work areas.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and assist with various tasks in the warehouse as needed. Provide support to the Warehouse Manager and assist in all aspects of warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move products for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures or conditions
• Some tasks may require working in tight spaces or elevated areas
