Work Location: Swift Current, SK

Status: Professional, Permanent, Full Time

CHALLENGES WE OFFER

• Working front customer counter and warehouse;
• Answer phones and field customer orders;
• Organize, print, ensure stock levels, for all orders;
• Understand order patterns and coordinate with sales personal/ head office;
• Order all incoming ingredients, pack and pick orders for customers;
• Help customers with account questions (reading statements, charges, etc.);
• Enter, post sales orders into the computer system;
• Receive products both physically and into the computer system;
• Facilitate month end count, investigate discrepancies;
• Coordinate delivery vehicle to maximize efficiencies;
• Conduct deliveries to farm using company truck;
• Uphold facility housekeeping standards/ customer perception (All areas of the facility).

YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE

• General understanding of basic accounting software (NAV, SAP, etc.);
• Efficient and accurate typing skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Familiar with Microsoft office tools;
• Experience in customer service/ sales or equivalent;
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Ability to work alone as well as part of a team;
• Fork lift license (Not a necessity);
• Clean drivers abstract.
