Trouw Nutrition
is hiring for a Warehouse Worker / M3 User in our Otterburne, MB, location. This position focuses on the use of M3 system, warehouse operations and bagging duties while also supporting various roles within the production team.

About The Role:
Efficient warehouse worker ensuring smooth operations and safety

Responsibilities:

  • Loading trucks via Forklift and Scanning products with scanner.
  • Inventory counting & control
  • Operate machines and computer systems to produce animal feed in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding production targets.
  • Perform various tasks, including receiving and shipping ingredients and finished feeds.
  • Maintain documentation for Food Safety and adhere to all safety and housekeeping standards
  • Assist in housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold company standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a grain facility, mill, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Class 5 driver’s license is an asset.
  • Forklift and skid steer experience is an asset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills with attention to detail are a must.


Expectations from the Role:

  • Full-time position with day shift schedule and Saturday overtime as required.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  • Ability to regularly bend, twist, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions, including loud sounds and dust.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached.
