Position: Receptionist

Location: The Pavilion Leisure Centre, Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF

Salary: £23,795.20 p.a (pro rata) plus benefits

Job Type: 16 hours Permanent (Will include early mornings, evenings and weekends)

Key Duties

To deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner and to ensure the highest level of customer enjoyment and satisfaction, meeting the Customer Service Standards.
To adhere to Mytime Active’s Code of Conduct
To administer course enrolments, bookings using computerised and manual systems.
To administer the hire equipment and deposit system.
To operate the PA system.
To record and administer the lost property system.
Ensure that all information displayed in the reception area is up to date and regularly restocked.
To keep up to date with Company and local management communications in place in the facility on a daily basis (eg: notice boards, handover file, Engage Platform).
To assist with any general clerical duties as requested.
To attend Receptionist meetings and feedback ways of improving and developing the service.
Adhere to data protection requirements.
To work as a team with colleagues in any area of the facility as required.
To work shifts to cover the operating hours of the facility, which includes evenings and weekends.

Ideally, we would prefer that you have a passion for golf and play regularly but full training can be provided. Our standards must be upheld at all times, maintaining the cleanliness and service level for our customers. The individual would be required to serve alcohol and food as support to the chef.
