As a Barista / Bartender at Ottolenghi Hampstead, you will:

Deliver exceptional coffee, drinks, and service with skill, care, and creativity
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including signature cocktails and Ottolenghi-style drinks
Maintain an organised and well-stocked bar and coffee station
Manage daily stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and place supplier orders as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene standards at all times
Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and personalising their experience
Support the front-of-house team in delivering smooth and efficient service during busy periods
Keep up to date with menu items and seasonal offerings to provide accurate product knowledge to customers
Take pride in the visual presentation of drinks and barista creations, reflecting Ottolenghi’s attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality setting
Confident in managing stock, placing orders, and liaising with suppliers
A passion for coffee, cocktails, and hospitality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude
