Our company “Spine Central” (https://www.spinecentral.co.uk) is a small and successful locally run Chiropractic Clinic based in Hampton, that provides Natural Solutions for Pain & Posture.

We are looking for you who has an interest in helping people from all walks of life to feel and live better.

You have worked in a similar role or function before, and working in this type of environment is nothing new for you. You will be our “hub of the wheel” and thus you must be a person who can keep track of people and at the same time maintain a high and certain customer service level. As the Clinic Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of patients, calling and following up leads from potential new patients, calling to re-book existing patients for follow-up treatments, making sure the practitioner's diaries are fully booked daily, and handling office admin tasks.

If you are good at learning fast to get good results in a stable and predictable way, we will train you further until you know how to do all necessary activities and procedures.
