To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

What we'll need you to bring

Formal administrative/ secretarial qualification e.g. SVQ 3 or equivalent

Relevant experience in an office administration capacity. Experience of a range of software packages including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel (incl. complex formulas).

Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.

Excellent communication skills.

Good organisational and planning skills.

Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.

Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.

Proficient I.T. skills that include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in Coathill & Buchanan Centre

The working pattern for this role Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm pro rata.
