The Role:

We are seeking professional and vigilant Security Officers to join our Event Security and Hotel Front of House teams. This is not just any security position; it's an opportunity to be the face of security excellence in environments where first impressions and high standards matter most. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our prestigious venues and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a visible security presence that assures guests of their safety and security
Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Conduct regular patrols and security checks to maintain a secure environment
Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies
Collaborate with hotel staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless security operations
Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the guest experience
Enforce venue policies and procedures to ensure guest safety

About You:

Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Exceptionally well-presented with excellent communication skills
Experience in security roles, preferably within events or luxury hotel settings
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
