We’re looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Plas Newydd , to answer their questions and help them make the most of their day.

Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 2nd November 2025

Hours: 16 hours a week. Shifts will be 2 days a week, 9am-5:30pm and availability on Fridays is required.

Salary: £11.50 an hour

Interview date: Thursday 23rd January 2025

Potential start date: early February 2025

What you'll be doing:As a member of the retail team, you’ll be offering visitors help and advice with their shopping. You’ll have high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers.

You’ll also be able to talk to them about how everything they buy helps to fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays and working with others in the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised.
