An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Ruthin and Dolgellau Agency.

About the role:
Your role will include handling existing motor, personal and commercial insurance policies for our current customers as well as initiating policies for clients new to NFU Mutual. You’ll apply your excellent, professional telephone manner to deal with any queries and to build long term relationships with our loyal customers. With your flexible approach you’ll provide administrative support and perform other office duties as required with ‘can-do’, pro-active enthusiasm.

The requirements:

Strong relationship-building skills.
Professional manner.
Grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
Fluency in the Welsh Language beneficial.
