What You Will Do

Greet clients & employees and set a positive office atmosphere
Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
Help with planning/scheduling events in support of leaders as needed
Order food and drinks for meetings or special events held in the office
Coordinate foundation and charity payments/donations
Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed
Oversee sorting/distribution of incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail
Organize and maintain files/records and update when necessary
Order Business cards, or nameplates for new employees
Manage conference room availability as needed
Prepare birthday/anniversary cards, Employee of the Month certificate/gift cards, and other gifts for employees
Prepare Client thank you cards and gifts
Distribute newsletters to Colorado offices, mail to all Field, Texas and Tennessee employees
Order Crew of the Month and JW Nameplates for the Lobby awards wall

What You Will Bring

In addition to being self-motivated and accommodating, with a passion for being the best, you will

High school diploma or equivalent
Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another similar position
Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic HR principles
Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
Outstanding communication skills
Great organizational and multitasking abilities
