About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STARTING PAY $25.06 per hour, plus an additional $2.00/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM.
Pay increases to $25.31 per hour at three months and $26.99 per hour after 6 months.

All new hires start on 2nd (2:00 pm- 10:00 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM) floaters, learning a wide range of skills across the facility. Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.

What you will own

You will be responsible to produce a safe, quality product
You will troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
You will be trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
