Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Storefront Associate/Cashier to join our team at the Niles Civic Center Plaza location. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, handle transactions accurately and efficiently, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and provide helpful/above and beyond assistance
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
Maintain a clean and organized storefront area
Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional manner
Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
High School diploma or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
Acceptable verbal English communication skills
Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified;
Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
MUST BE AT LEAST 18+ YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
