Enters non-claim forms.

Enters medical review cases

Updates and maintains provider data.

Handles returned provider mail for address correction.

Required Qualifications

Proficient computer skills
Able to type 60 WPM (Words Per Minute)
Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
Must be familiar with Ten Key for efficient and productive computer usage for data entry

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with DG (Data General)
Adobe Pro experience
Experience with healthcare claims

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
