About the Role:

The Factory Administrative Assistant position will provide clerical support to managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role to the organization and is expected to build and maintain strong working relationships with supervisors and employees.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile company card accounts and submit purchase orders
Order office stationery/supplies, maintain internal databases, submitting expense reports, and maintaining employee records
Works with leadership staff to coordinate trainings and events
Work with Focus Factory Managers to ensure administrative tasks are completed
Main point of contact for visiting contractors/vendors and will coordinate all meetings
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper-level management
Submit detailed and timely reports
Prepares presentations as assigned by leadership
Must be able to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, precision, and confidentiality

Skills/Abilities:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

Education:

Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, human resources, or related field with 5 years of experience or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, human resources with 2 years of experience
