Responsibilities

The Fibers Technology Division Administrative Assistant is responsible for relieving FT Leadership Team members of administrative and/or clerical responsibilities.

Key activities performed to achieve this objective include:

Arranges appointments, schedules meetings, secures business travel reservations, processes mail, maintains private or highly confidential records, and prepares and creates correspondence documents.
Coordinates events such as interviews for job candidates, arranging customer visits and coordinating workshops.
Supports group leaders and team manager with timekeeping and cost allocation activities.
Maintains data for key performance indicators.
Manages Sharepoint sites.
Performs other clerical and administrative assignments as requested.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Accounting or other relevant field is preferred.
Administrative support experience is preferred.
Strong Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and related computer applications skills required.
Must be able to read with comprehension and interpret policies and procedures.
Must have excellent oral, written, listening and networking communication skills.
Must have the ability to work independently without close supervision.
Must have excellent PC and data system skills.
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational, follow-through and planning skills.
SAP Experience is preferred.
