About the Role

Join the Gastroenterology Clinical Service Unit at John Hunter Hospital, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team of two administration assistants, doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical typing
  • Managing phone inquiries
  • Handling digital medical records
  • Performing various administrative duties to support the department

Training & Support

You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced administrative staff within the Gastroenterology Unit, along with access to online learning modules via My Health Learning. Additionally, we provide:
