You get it done
In this role, you are the key link between customer quotes, pricing agreements, cost items and the use of auto rating by our operational colleagues in the sea freight, import and export departments. You ensure that all data related to customer and carrier rates and pricing agreements is up to date in our system, enabling operations to apply these agreements in their daily work: You’re on it.

How you do this? By processing everything in our system that is related to pricing agreements from carriers and our customers. You will be creating reports of which will give you insight into whether all pricing agreements are still accurate. In case of discrepancies, you ensure that all price-related data is updated in our system. This auto rating feature serves as the foundation for our operational colleagues. Accurate pricing agreements with customers and carriers then appear correctly on the invoice, ensuring a smooth flow in the billing process as well as our purchasing and selling rates. You achieve this by:

• analyzing data from signed customer quotes and carrier agreements, then translating this into pricing agreements in Cargowise;
• producing reports to verify the accuracy of current pricing agreements and updating them when necessary;
• consulting with operational colleagues of the import and export department regarding discrepancies in the auto-rating process;
• streamlining the auto rating process and keeping our database up to date.

You bring

• availability for at least 32 hours per week;
• affinity with pricing and procurement;
