You get it done
During office hours, you will work dedicatedly for one of our largest clients. Do you have an affinity for high-end products? Great, because you will be working with the inbound and outbound logistics process for these goods. Accurate inventories, correct invoices and a well-informed customer: you’re on it.
How you do this? You monitor incoming shipments. Does the number of delivered products match the information on the packing list? Any discrepancies or damage? You take action! You inform colleagues and keep our client updated. In Excel, you record incoming and outgoing goods. You are the inventory manager and ensure that the stock levels in Excel are accurate. Products are scanned, labelled and placed at the correct location in our warehouse. When an order is ready to go out, you make sure your colleagues can get to work. You achieve this by:
- checking shipments and processing them in our warehouse management system, both incoming goods and outgoing shipments;
- managing inventory levels, stock control and providing updates and service to our client;
- scanning products, labelling them, possibly repacking and placing them in the correct warehouse location using an (electric) pallet truck;
- identifying discrepancies, damages, or trends and consulting with colleagues and client regarding inventory status or outgoing shipments.

You bring
- motivation and input to further develop this role;
- you enjoy combining administrative tasks with working in a warehouse environment;
- experienced in using Excel, with prior experience of handling data;
- strong command of both Dutch and English.
