We’re seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our Surrey team as Administrative Support, working Tuesday to Saturday. In this front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in person and by phone, while providing essential administrative support to the branch.
What you will do:
- General reception duties including greeting and directing customers in the branch, answering the phones, sorting and preparing mail and ordering supplies for the branch
- Process payments in the branch and over the phone
- Balance daily cash reports, maintain invoice queues and deliver bank deposits
- Support Counter team by entering orders and following-up with customers as requested
- Arrange for courier pick up as required
- Assist with inventory when possible
- Perform other duties as assigned
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills
- You have a positive attitude and are an enthusiastic individual
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
- You possess strong computer skills
- Your experience in a warehouse environment is considered an asset
- You are available to work Saturday's

In BC, employees in this position can expect to earn $19 to $26 per hour, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us. Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, annual profit share, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
