Directly reporting into and supporting the Office Manager. This role is covering illness for a period of 2 months
This Not-for-Profit client supports vulnerable young people across the UK.
The role of Office Administrator:
- Supporting the Office Manager
- Handling email and phone queries
- Working closely with the Operations team
- Managing internal databases, diaries, booking systems for meeting spaces etc
- Being present for meetings (potential requirement to take minutes)
- Excel, word, power point, pivot tables, v lookups
The successful Administrator:
- Proficient in MS packages
- Previous administration experience
- Knowledge of the Not-for-Profit sector
- Organised and efficient
