Receptionist / Office Coordinator - Central London
- £14 - £17 an hour
Joining the Business Support team in a UK Charity, you will be based in their central London office responsible for welcoming visitors. This is a temporary contract working full time in the office.
The role of Receptionist / Office Coordinator:
- You will be the welcoming face greeting and hosting visitors
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organised
- Handling internal and external queries
- Liaising with the internal office team
- Taking calls and responding to emails
- Booking meetings
The successful Receptionist / Office Coordinator:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Clear organisational capabilities, able to multitask and prioritise efficiently
- Experience working in the Not for Profit sector
- A friendly and approachable manner
- The ability to travel into central London 5 days/week
- Immediately available to start
What's on offer:

- Full time working on site in central London
- Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
