Each project is tailored to the unique needs of its clients while seeking to embody the richer, more humanistic sides of contemporary architectural design.

Responsibilities

* Development of construction documents at all stages of project execution

* Construction administration and site supervision

* Planning and management of project schedules

* Coordination of design consultants

* Writing reports

* Representing the atelier by building strong relationships with clients and contractors

* Working with local authorities to obtain approvals and permits (CCU, etc.)

* Leading internal project teams

* Ability to work on several projects simultaneously while coordinating with team members

* Knowledge of technical aspects of architecture and a keen attention to detail.

Requirements

* Member of the Order of Architects of Quebec (OAQ)

* 5+ years experience in an architecture office in Canada

* In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Revit (preferred)

* Familiarity with the Quebec Construction Code, regulations in Montreal, and planning bylaws

* Fully bilingual (French and English)

* Valid driver's license

Job Details

* Full-time, 35-40 hours per week

* Competitive salary based on candidate's skills and experience (to be negotiated)

* Professional fees (OAQ) paid for by the atelier

* Flexible working hours, in office and remotely
