Artwork Associate Labeling (33821)

Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for an Artwork Associate Labelling for our Multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology client based in Breda. Initial 12-month contract. This is a hybrid position.

Main Responsibilities of the role

• Perform detailed reviews of artworks per Amgen’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide input to optimize artwork processes, and support continuous process and quality improvements.
• Participate in team meetings.

Required Qualifications and skills

• Master’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field OR Bachelor’s degree in graphic design & 2 years of Packaging/Labelling experience in a GMP environment.
• 2 + years Packaging /Labelling experience with a focus on artwork creation.
• 2 + years of relevant work experience in a highly regulated industry / cGMP pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience as an Artwork Designer within pharma industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of design principles.
• Experience with print production processes and knowledge of prepress requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Self-motivated individual who demonstrates willingness to learn and receptive to change.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to uphold a sense of personal and team accountability.
• Experience with pharmaceutical labelling regulations.
• Proven track record of partnering with other departments to deliver on common objectives.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point), and visual tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Charts).
