Your Mission:
As a key member of the team, you’ll:
- Client-Centric Excellence: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including start-ups, SMEs, and family businesses, ensuring their accounting, tax, and administrative needs are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide your team in preparing financial accounts, tax returns, and annual reports, fostering a culture of growth and success.
- Relationship Building: Be the go-to contact for clients, building trust through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Process Optimization: Drive improvements in internal processes, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Business Growth: Leverage your market knowledge and network to contribute to business development and the acquisition of new clients.
- Mentorship: Train, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring their success is integral to yours.
Your Profile:
- Professional Credentials: Chartered Accountant qualification (or close to completion).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing a portfolio of local commercial clients, ideally in a fiduciary or Big-4 firm in Luxembourg.
- Languages: Fluency in French and German is essential; knowledge of Luxembourgish or English is a strong asset.
- Leadership Skills: Recognized for your technical expertise and ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Mindset: Independent, conscientious, and goal-driven, with a proactive approach to challenges.
