Assistant Property Officer

To provide support to the Property Management team enabling the smooth and efficient running of the department, providing a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will be expected to actively participate in property surveys, general administration tasks and the accommodation procedure, keeping accurate and concise property management records and making active contributions to the development of the Property Management function. A working knowledge of relevant legislation including HTMs, HBNs, compliance and Health and Safety in relation to property management is desirable.
