The Opportunity:
Deliver excellent service to Australian Outback Spectacular guests by ensuring accurate processing of tickets.
- Ensure all guests flow through the access area as efficiently as possible
- Ensuring the ticketing information is correct
- Maintain access areas and re-stock at the end of each shift
- Start times are between 5:00pm - 5:45pm for nights and 10:0am to 10:45am for Sunday shows
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- POS experience is advantageous
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Reliable transport as shifts may be outside of public transport hours
