Job Overview:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our educational consultancy branch. You will lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Role Description:

• Supervise and motivate a team of educational consultants and administrative staff.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including visa processing, document handling, and client consultations.
• Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Stay informed about trends in the education and consultancy sector
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the educational consultancy sector.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
