Do you have a passion for connecting people and a knack for finding the perfect fit?

Join our team as an Online Fieldwork Associate, Market Research! In this exciting entry-level role, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing qualified participants for online interviews, focus groups, and surveys. You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and recruiting diverse respondents who meet specific project criteria
• Building rapport and effectively communicating with potential participants
• Utilizing various recruitment methods, including online platforms and targeted outreach
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
• Strong research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using online research tools and databases (a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site position (Islamabad)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT
