About the Job

As our new C&P Finance Controlling Analyst, you will be part of our Global Finance Procurement Team based in Hoofddorp. You will work on a global team dedicated to data transformation and process improvement, managing a scope of over €7 billion.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify needs and build Power BI dashboards to provide solutions for Price Trends, Forecast Accuracy, Category Behaviors, Contracts, Coverage, Market Indexes, and correlations for both Category and Regional stakeholders.
• Contribute to building the Finance Database, including mapping data needs and testing.
• Identify, map, and suggest improvements to the forecasting process, and coordinate implementation while aligning stakeholders.
• Co-lead transversal global projects across Categories and Regions.
• Actively participate in artificial intelligence initiatives within the team, such as price forecasting and simulations.
• Coordinate process and RACI clarification for Finance Processes and Cycles.

About you

We are looking for a strong analytical and proactive professional who is open-minded, reliable, and team-oriented. Strong communication and technical skills are essential. You manage deadlines effectively and can adapt to ad-hoc requests while working in a dynamic and challenging environment. You have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.

You enjoy working with data and have experience and passion for data science, data analytics, and Power BI development. Additionally, you possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in finance controlling (FP&A).
