What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will maximise revenue for RBGV through delivery of exceptional customer experience at the RBGV's Shops. You will build relationships with customers to discover their needs, provide accurate product information and actively identify sales opportunities through upselling. You will maintain high-quality shop presentation, process sales using our POS system, replenish stock and maintain appropriate records. Your passionate and engaging personality will be essential in creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The roles will work across both Melbourne and Cranbourne Gardens Shops and candidates must be willing to work at both locations as required.

What You'll Bring

Success in this role requires strong retail sales experience and customer selling skills, cash handling expertise, and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems. As a natural communicator, you enjoy building rapport with customers and colleagues. You take pride in your work, using your initiative to maintain a high level of presentation of the retail environment. You are now looking to bring your dedication and enthusiasm in delivering exceptional customer experience to this popular location, on an ongoing casual basis.
