Work Order Coordinator / Customer Service

VIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins St An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Work Order Coordinator - Advanced Metering to join Service Stream in our Melbourne office.

• Triage Work Orders by identifying follow up tasks to ensure a successful site visit.
• Make phone calls to customers and building managers to arrange access for our meter technicians.
• If required, seek technical clarification about a work order from field supervisors/QA team to identify the triage action.
• Coordinate technician availability with the work allocation team.
• Accurate data entry in client's systems and Excel sheets.
• Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager.
• Strong focus on compliance and problem-solving.

• Minimum 12 months in a customer service, administrative or technical support role is essential.
• Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook is essential
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical metering work is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• High level attention to detail and proactively meet deadlines.
