As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role

• This role require to work in the Car Park for the whole shift
• To monitor, service and maintain all areas of responsibility, as detailed by the daily allocation sheet or management team to the set standard of cleanliness and within the timeframe given, as directed by the task specific training, immediately communicating any deficiencies or damage to the Zone Controller.
• To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene.
• To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately.
• To ensure company provided uniform is kept clean and tidy and is worn at all times while at work. Always wear identification badge.
• To maintain professional conduct at all times and to manage own time and attendance
• To use every effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with our customer and ISS colleagues.
• To attend training as required by your Duty Manager.
• Report all accidents and dangerous occurrences to your Zone Controller/ Duty Manager.
• To assist the Zone Controllers and colleagues with any other tasks responsibilities once duties are completed.
• To continue to develop one’s own skills and knowledge within the position.
• To provide all information as mandatory requirement to obtain Airport Full ID Badge.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably requested within the grade of the post.

• Ability to read English at a basic level, and a good level of spoken English
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels
• Be able to respond to many requests and at times work under pressure to ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Be able to communicate with all levels of staff in a polite and efficient manner
• Courteous and professional at all times
