Working Hours: As and when required between Monday to Sunday (early, evening and weekend shifts)

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are recruiting for a Casual Cleaner to join our vibrant and friendly team.

Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland.

As the Cleaner you will ensure that cleaning tasks are undertaken to the required standard in a safe manner throughout the facility.

You will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene. We’re looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless, and rubbish is removed on schedule. We hope you are ready to put on your gloves and scrub up with us.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities, reduced membership of the sporting and leisure facilities and working for a company that recognises your contribution.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

About you

We are looking to hear from candidates who have previous experience of working in a similar role or environment, although full training will be provided.

This role requires a reliable, hardworking and an adaptable individual with high standards as we demand a high level of hygiene within the facility. You will have an eye for detail and the confidence to work independently.
