Position Details:

• Location: 5725 Mark Dabling Blvd, Colorado Springs (In Office Position)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (No Weekends)
• Pay: $18/hour
• Training: 1 week of in class training 8am-5pm (paid at regular rate)
• Start Date: Monday, November 4th

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers to assess their financial situations and discuss tailored payment arrangements.
• Create positive experiences by responding professionally to inquiries and offering alternative solutions.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism while adhering to compliance regulations and security policies.
• Meet performance metrics and uphold Federal and State laws.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A stable work history that demonstrates reliability.
• Basic computer and strong typing skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A diligent, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to professionalism.
• The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
