Glencore is one of the world’s largest globally diversified natural resource companies. We mine, refine, market and recycle a wide range of raw materials that have become an essential part of everyday life as we know it – and many of which play a key role in the energy and mobility transformation we are all striving for.

Our Group Compliance team supports the implementation of our Ethics and Compliance Programme, and consists of our Corporate and Regional teams, as well as local Compliance Officers in our offices and industrial assets around the world.

As a participant in our Compliance Graduate Programme, you will work closely with our Corporate Compliance experts in Anti-Corruption, Sanctions, KYC and AML, Training, Awareness and Policies, and Monitoring, and gain valuable insights and expertise in the Compliance sphere which will enable you to develop a well-rounded skillset as a Compliance professional.

Who we look for

We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in, or have recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a preference for those with a background in Law.

Right to work: candidates have to hold a Swiss work permit, or an EU / CH passport.

How to

Intakes will be on the 1st of February and on the 1st of July 2025.
