Realise your talent! In Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated talent as Controlling Graduate. In this function, you will support and help the team to further develop the Controlling department.

Job Description

Business Planning Process

In this 18-months Graduate Programme, you will collaborate in Sales-, Operations-, Marketing- and Indirect-Controlling and support the Controlling team in the business planning process.

Reporting and Analysis

You will learn how to create various monthly reports and sales statistics and participate in the month end closing process. You will also develop skills to provide annual support in the creation and analysis of the value chain in coordination with the sales department.

IT Tools

You will contribute to the further development of tools/statistics in Sales-, Operations-, Marketing- and Indirect-Controlling to measure profitability and efficiency. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring the high quality of master data in SAP, BI, Hyperion and CPM, in which all customer agreements and sales volumes are planned and analysed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Proven excellence in your academic life
  • Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
  • A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
  • Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
  • Native in German or French, fluent in English (written, spoken)
