ABOUT US:
Gisou is born out of a passion for bees, haircare and natural beauty. Based on a six-generation beekeeping heritage, each Gisou product is inspired by and made with the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from our very own Mirsalehi Bee Garden. With this method, our founder Negin and her father continue the family tradition of beekeeping. Our hair care and complexion products harness the transformative benefits of Mirsalehi Honey and rich botanical sources, selected to enhance ones natural beauty.

We are committed to a bee-friendly & sustainable production method that puts the Mirsalehi Honey Bees first, not only for the sake of the bees, but the greater ecosystem as well. In the upcoming years, we intend to continue to develop high-quality honey infused beauty products as we develop a globally renowned label and raise awareness about the importance of a healthy bee population.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Create, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms
• Develop social-first concepts that align with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments
• Stay ahead of beauty, culture, and digital trends to craft timely, relevant content
• Monitor online trends and emerging formats to inspire new creative directions
• Collaborate closely with the Social, Creative, and Community teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
• Be both behind and in front of the camera when needed—owning the full content creation process
• Source and direct user-generated or influencer content with an eye for brand tone and visual identity
• Continuously experiment with formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques to push creative boundaries and spark engagement

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Hands-on experience in creating and editing short-form video content, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• A strong portfolio that showcases storytelling, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetic (TikTok, Reels, Stories)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and tools like CapCut or similar
• Excellent eye for composition, color, pacing, and editing on rhythm
• Strong sense of beauty and aspirational lifestyle content
• Creative thinker with a passion for social-first storytelling and content innovation
• Solid understanding of social platform dynamics and content best practices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

WHAT WE OFFER
The opportunity to be part of an ambitious, fun and dynamic team, with a pleasant informal and international working atmosphere and regular team activities and drinks. You will be working 4 days a week from our stunning office in the centre of Amsterdam, and have the possibility to work one day from home if you like.
