Corporate Manager : The Function

• Oversee and coordinate the corporate team's activities to ensure efficient handling of client portfolios (Soparfi/holding/SPVs)
• Review legal and administrative documents prepared by the team (e.g., minutes, general meetings, resolutions, annual reports).
• Ensure that managed structures comply with local regulations (CSSF, AML/KYC, corporate law).
• Manage statutory obligations for client companies (beneficial ownership register, filing of annual accounts, etc.).
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of corporate officers, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Provide regular feedback and training to enhance the team's technical and soft skills.

Corporate Manager : Your Profile

• You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• The tasks of a Corporate Manager in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have at least 7 years' experience in a similar role
• You have significant competences in regulations and processes related to corporate entities
• You have a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Business Administration or in Law
• You are capable to work in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills.
• You are autonomous and able to lead and manage a service.
