As a part of the sales organization this position is combining both technical and business responsibilities related to a strategic product segment which requires a strong application expertise and understanding, and offers a significant growth potential.

Your role and responsibilities will be as followed:

• Ensuring sales growth and providing premium customer service

• Identifying business development risks and opportunities

• Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with division targets

• Managing global agreements and strategic projects, and defining pricing strategy

• Developing marketing plan and materials to support your products segment development

• Travelling to meet customers, understand market situations and requirements, and build customer relationships

• Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)

• Having a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems

• Showing proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures

• Speaking fluently English and either French or German. Any other language is an asset

• Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally
