About the Role:
As a key member of our Customer Services Hub, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our guests have an amazing time. From handling phone inquiries with charm and efficiency to answering emails with a smile, you'll be an essential part of our team. We need someone who thrives both in a team environment and when working independently, especially in our fast-paced setting.

- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
