This is an excellent opportunity to join jet2.com at an exciting period of growth! As Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for assisting the Stores Team based at Leeds Bradford Airport with the delivery of Aircraft parts and goods to Jet2.com bases.

What will you do in the role?

The Warehouse Operative will:

• be required to use company vehicles for transporting aircraft parts, engineering equipment and company materials to any of our UK bases in addition to suppliers and repair vendors as required
• be responsible for the daily maintenance of Stores Vehicles and inspection prior to use with any defects being reported and documented immediately.
• assist with duties in Stores as directed
• after a period of training, the Warehouse Operative will work 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off shift pattern

What do we need from you?

• A clean driving licence is required to fulfil this role, ideally able to drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes
• A background in driving commercial vehicles within a stores, freight, aviation or logistics
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to always ensure a clean and tidy working environment
