Customer Service Assistant

What you'll bring to the team:

Are you looking for a job that’s full of FUN at Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park? Fancy working otters and sea turtles watch on as you go about your daily work?

In these varied roles you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on SEA LIFE related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. You could even be working on the front line in our proud to serve Costa Coffee shop Cafe at Bandstand Bites or over at the Caribbean Cove Adventure Play Area, catering for our day visitors, kids’ parties or for special events.

You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction!

These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from May to November. All our seasonal roles are offered on a flexible minimum guaranteed hours of 5 per week. Availability of work will vary throughout the season.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Plenty of experience working in a customer facing environment
• Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" attitude
• A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
• Available to work weekends and bank holidays

Pay Range: GBP £11.54/Hr.
