The Ultra Supply Chain function manages the processes associated with Indirect and Direct Procurement of goods and materials required to meet the operational demands of the business and the logistics of ensuring that materials are available for operations, and the completed products/services are delivered to the customer.

JOB PURPOSE: To be responsible for the timely assembly of kits of parts for the production area, controlling and accounting for materials/goods entering the Company, and packaging and despatch of finished goods in accordance with procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Locating and issuing stock to prepared kitting lists, labeling this stock with correct order number, goods received number, quantities, description. Visually inspect items for correct values, manufacturer’s part numbers and quality, where appropriate.
  • The use of the Macola stock enquiry system and computer print outs for stock, components and sub-assemblies in relation to specific works orders and job numbers.
  • Keeping and recording accurate stock levels.
  • To handle all goods inwards deliveries in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
  • Record all deliveries accurately using the Company’s computer system, including dealing with all receipts and associated documents.
