Customer Service Assistant

We’re currently on the lookout for Customer Service Assistants, who are looking for a seasonal job that’s full of FUN!

A job with Merlin Entertainments in Blackpool isn’t like a job anywhere else. From dizzy heights at the Blackpool Tower Eye to Dungeon frights, from the famous Ballroom and Circus to the jaw-some depths of SEA LIFE Blackpool. The opportunity to work alongside 80 celebrity faces at Madame Tussauds. Not to mention our new, world class, PETER RABBIT™ attraction and The Gruffalo & Friends Clubhouse.

You’ll work closely with the Commercial team in one of our attractions in driving revenue across the department whilst delivering a friendly, courteous, efficient, and helpful service to our guests always. Leading a team from within and creating a fun place to work, responsibilities include leading an area such as admissions, retail, Bar or Food & Beverage.

These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from July to November. Offering full-time and part-time hours, our attractions are open daily so full availability is needed, including weekends and bank holidays.
