Data Coordinator

The post holder will support the L&D service by undertaking a range of duties involving the collection and cleansing of L&D data. They will be expected to collate the data in a timely fashion, ensuring reporting and outcome deadlines are met. The post holder will be responsible for a variety of data submissions to the commissioners and must strictly adhere to the reporting guidelines. When creating reports, they will need to ensure data quality and accuracy by identifying and addressing data errors or inconsistencies.
Communication
- To liaise clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate and high-quality data submissions for the L&D Service.
- To work closely with L&D Practitioners and Service Managers to gather and maintain information pertaining to L&D activity.
- To communicate with external agencies in order to receive outcome data.
- To receive telephone calls and emails from outside agencies, deal with them if possible or refer on as appropriate.
- Deal with issues that arise appropriately, including enquiries or complaints from members of the public, service users and carers.
- Ensure requests for service user information are met in a timely manner and responded to with accuracy.
- Where appropriate refer to another officer of the trust, ensuring that no issue is inappropriately delayed in being actioned because of the absence of the management team.
- To plan and organise monthly and quarterly meetings, including agendas, minutes, and any associated documentation.
- Maintain a proactive bring forward system in line with the needs of the service / department, ensuring deadlines are met, and actions are chased promptly.
- To organise own workload ensuring adherence to local procedures, targets, and timescales

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
- To undertake ongoing personal development through participation in appraisal and supervision and participate in relevant training identified .
- Participate in the regular departmental meetings and contribute as appropriate to the overall service provided by the administration support dept.
- To supervise junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with local policies and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to design of systems and process as appropriate to own role.
- To have a working knowledge of the Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and its requirements, in respect to confidentiality for both service users and staff and ensuring any computerised information system is maintained as requested.
