Team Coordinator

To undertake ongoing personal development through participation in appraisal and supervision and participate in relevant training identified. Participate in the regular departmental meetings and contribute as appropriate to the overall service provided by the administration support dept. To supervise junior staff. Ensure compliance with local policies and maintain accurate records.

Contribute to design of systems and process as appropriate to own role. To have a working knowledge of the Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and its requirements, in respect to confidentiality for both service users and staff and ensuring any computerised information system is maintained as requested.
